How do I change my subscription settings?

Answer

To change your subscription setting to auto-renewing:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Under the My Products list, locate the product you wish to edit, then click the More options link.
  3. Click Subscription settings.
  4. Click the Upgrade to auto-renewing subscription link or Change to auto-renewing subscription button.
  5. Read the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, select I agree with the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue.

To change your subscription setting to non-auto-renewing:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Under the My Products list, locate the product you wish to edit, then click the More options link.
  3. Click Subscription settings.
  4. Click the Change to non-auto-renewing subscription link.
  5. Read the Warning on this page, if you still wish to continue, click Proceed with change to non-auto-renewal.

To upgrade your standalone product to a subscription:

  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Under the My Products list, locate the product you wish to upgrade, then click Upgrade to subscription.
  3. Select the length of your subscription, then click Upgrade.
  4. Confirm your order details. When you are finished, click Place order.
