Overview of the Disinfection History window

The Email tab of the Disinfection History window shows detailed statistics for email messages found with viruses.

Columns are resizable- Point to the divider between the column headers until you see a double arrow, and then drag the divider right or left, sortable- Click on a column header once to sort the column in ascending order; click again to sort in descending order, and movable- You can change the order of how the columns display. Click on the column header, hold the mouse down, drag the column to the new position, then release the mouse.  

View Details for Specific Email Messages

For each infected email message found since the last reset*, the following information displays on the right side of the window:

• Sender. Sender of the message.

• Subject. The subject line of the message.

• Infection. The name of the virus/infection that was detected.

• Result. The action taken by iolo AntiVirus.

• Direction. Indicates whether you were sending or receiving the message. Either "Incoming" or "Outgoing" displays.

• Discovered. The date and time the infection was detected.

* Clicking Reset clears the entries on the window and restarts the count of infections from zero.

View Historical Counts

The left side of the window shows historical statistics:

• Since Install: Date of install. Since you installed iolo AntiVirus, shows the number of email messages scanned, infected, and disinfected.

• Since Date and time of last reset. Since the day and time you last clicked Reset (which you click to restart the count from zero), shows the number of email messages scanned, infected, and disinfected.
