The Technical Support department handles technical, product-related questions. All technical support is free and unlimited.
Simply enter your contact information, select the DriveScrubber product, and then type in the details of your question.
A valid e-mail address is required to submit the form. Please add support-crm@iolo.com to your e-mail program's "safe senders" before submitting the form.
From www.iolo.com/customercare, click Get technical support or click here to open the online submission form.

Download current and prior releases of iolo software.
Register your iolo software.
Use the licensing retrieval system to get your licensing information if it's ever misplaced (available if you purchased the product directly from iolo or registered your software).
