How do I send an Error Log report to iolo Support?

In order to better assist in diagnosing specific product issues, it may be necessary for customer care to request log reports which contain information about your installed product and its behavior on your computer.
Please follow the instructions outlined below to send application logging information about your installed product.
Windows 7 and newer
- The log files are stored in the folder location C:\ProgramData\iolo technologies\logs.
- From within your support email, click to Reply and then Attach a file.
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\iolo technologies\logs.
- Attach all of the files in the folder to your email.
- When you are finished making any final notes within the email, click on Reply to submit.
