System Mechanic Minimum Requirements

To run System Mechanic, your computer must meet the following requirements:

• PC running Windows® 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7
• At least 512 MB RAM (optimal 2GB)
• Approximately 30 MB free hard drive space
• Internet Explorer 9 or later (Internet Explorer 11 Recommended)
• Internet connection (required for license activation)
• Windows “Administrator” User Account

To run System Mechanic Professional or System Mechanic Ultimate Defense, your computer must meet the following requirements:

• To run System Mechanic Pro, you will need a PC with:
• Windows® 11, 10, 8.1, 8 or 7
• At least 270 MB of available hard disk space
• Minimum 512 MB RAM (optimal 2 GB)
• Internet connection
• Windows Administrator user account
• Latest Windows updates fully applied
• A USB drive is required to run the full hard drive data wipe feature of DriveScrubber
