Technical synergies expand global distribution channels for iolo products while strengthening Phoenix’s solution portfolio for major PC and tablet manufacturers
Los Angeles, CA – October 7, 2013 – iolo technologies, LLC, a market leader in performance optimization software for personal computers and mobile devices announced today that it has been acquired by Phoenix Technologies Ltd., the global leader in core systems software products, services and embedded technologies headquartered in Milpitas, California.
Founded in 1979, Phoenix provides core system software (BIOS) to major PC and tablet OEMs and ODMs as well as enterprises and distributors in the embedded device marketplace.
