Easily Install System Mechanic on Multiple PCs

System Mechanic offers a free Whole Home License® which entitles you to use the same service account for as many PCs in your household as you wish. Now System Mechanic has made it easier than ever to install the product on multiple computers.

To easily install System Mechanic on another computer in your home:

1. Open System Mechanic.

1. Select Help in the upper right corner of the window. A dropdown menu appears.

1. Within the dropdown menu, select Install System Mechanic on another computer.

1. A dialog box prompts you to enter the email address you used to purchase System Mechanic.

1. Enter this email address and click Send.

1. Be sure you can access this email account from the installation target PC (the PC on which you wish to install System Mechanic).

1. Check your email on the installation target PC.

1. The email message from iolo will contain instructions for installation, including a download link and Activation Key (product license) required for installation. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Repeat the process as many times as you wish, until every computer in your home is optimized with System Mechanic.

What is iolo's Whole Home License?

The Whole Home License^® is iolo’s licensing policy that allows you to install and keep your software running on all of your compatible devices within the same home. Previously, users were allowed to install and license their iolo software simultaneously on a maximum of three PCs. Under the Whole Home License, a single activation key allows you to use your iolo software on all of your PCs, other than any PCs you use for business purposes. You, your spouse, and your relatives living within the same household may use the same license on any number of PCs that you own which are not used for business.

To install your iolo product on additional PCs:

On the additional computer, download the latest version of your iolo product. Choose from the list of downloads offered here.
Follow the steps in the installation wizard, and enter the same Activation Key that you used to install on your original computer.

You can view the Activation Key on the original computer from within System Mechanic > red menu bar > key icon > Activation Key.
